GoBreezy is a platform operated by PartnerAlly Inc. These Terms govern access to and use of GoBreezy's website, progressive web application, content, marketplace and related features.
By creating an account, selecting Agree & continue or using GoBreezy, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to create an account.
Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and notify GoBreezy if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Do not transfer accounts, impersonate others or create multiple accounts to manipulate Gems, referrals, reviews, rewards or engagement.
Stars and Breezers
Stars create, publish, promote, offer, sell or earn through GoBreezy. Breezers explore, follow, shop, book, connect and find inspiration. A user may be both.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Stars are independent users or service providers—not employees, agents or representatives of PartnerAlly Inc.
Stars are responsible for the accuracy, quality, safety and legality of their content, products, services and offers. Breezers are responsible for reviewing an offer before purchasing, booking or relying on it.
GoBreezy facilitates discovery and connection but does not guarantee user-provided products, services, qualifications, results or opportunities.
User content
You retain ownership of original content you submit.
You grant PartnerAlly Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute and promote that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote GoBreezy.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload your content, including images, product information, trademarks and depictions of other people.
Do not upload private, copyrighted or identifying material belonging to another person without permission.
AI-created content
Imagine It and other AI features may generate content that is inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, similar to content generated for others or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
Review AI content before publishing, promoting, selling or relying on it.
Only upload photos and materials you have permission to use. Do not use GoBreezy to impersonate, defame, deceive, exploit or violate another person's privacy, publicity or intellectual-property rights.
GoBreezy may refuse or remove unsafe, unlawful, deceptive or prohibited AI requests and content.
Transactions
Prices, applicable fees, cancellation terms and refund eligibility should be shown before a transaction is confirmed.
Stars are responsible for accurately describing and fulfilling their offers. Taxes, permits, licenses, insurance and professional qualifications remain the responsibility of the user required to maintain them.
GoBreezy may delay, cancel, reverse or investigate transactions when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security, payment disputes, legal requirements or policy violations.
Any applicable fees, processing charges, discounts and expected payouts should be displayed in connection with the relevant transaction. No fixed Star payout is promised unless shown for that transaction.
Gems
Gems are GoBreezy utility and loyalty credits. They may be purchased, awarded, earned or issued through promotions.
Gems are not cash, securities or an investment. They do not represent ownership in PartnerAlly Inc., have no guaranteed monetary value and currently cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.
Purchased, bonus, earned and legacy Gems may have different eligibility, uses and promotional conditions.
The Gem cost of an available feature should be shown before confirmation.
GoBreezy may withhold or reverse Gems obtained through fraud, duplication, manipulation, technical error or policy violations.
Future references to Star offers, partner rewards or redemption do not guarantee that every Gem will qualify for every benefit.
Changes to future Gem prices, awards and uses should apply prospectively and should not silently remove a valid existing balance.
Memberships
Paid membership price, benefits and billing frequency will be shown before purchase.
Cancelling a membership stops future renewal but does not ordinarily create a retroactive refund except where required by law or expressly stated.
Founding Star membership benefits remain subject to their stated eligibility. Free membership does not mean unlimited free usage of AI or other usage-based features.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on what was purchased, who provided it, whether performance has begun and the terms shown before confirmation.
A Star's cancellation policy should be shown before a service booking.
If a Star cancels or cannot provide a confirmed service, the Breezer may be eligible for a refund of the affected amount.
Product returns may depend on the seller, item condition, shipping status and applicable law.
Completed Gem purchases are generally final, except where required by law or where a verified duplicate charge, unauthorized purchase or technical delivery failure occurred.
A verified technical AI-generation failure may qualify for restoration of the Gems used. Disliking an otherwise successful generation does not automatically create a refund right.
Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Affiliate relationships
GoBreezy may earn commissions when users purchase through eligible product links.
Users publishing sponsored or affiliate content are responsible for making legally required disclosures.
An affiliate link does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of a product.
Businesses, startups and investments
Business, startup and investment-related content is provided for discovery and informational purposes.
Unless separately and expressly stated, GoBreezy does not act as an investment adviser, broker or guarantor.
Content on GoBreezy is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. PartnerAlly Inc. does not guarantee fundraising, business performance, investment returns or user-provided claims.
Users are responsible for conducting independent due diligence and obtaining professional advice.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use GoBreezy to:
- Break applicable law
- Harass, threaten, exploit or discriminate
- Impersonate another person or business
- Publish fraudulent or deceptive offers
- Violate intellectual-property or privacy rights
- Upload another person's image without permission
- Manipulate Gems, referrals, reviews or engagement
- Publish spam or substantially duplicate content
- Circumvent security or moderation
- Offer unlawful or unsafe products or services
- Make deceptive health, income, business or investment guarantees
Account action
GoBreezy may remove content, restrict features, suspend rewards or suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, serious misconduct, security risks or repeated policy violations.
Third-party services
GoBreezy may connect to payment processors, retailers, authentication providers, AI providers and other third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers
GoBreezy is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
PartnerAlly Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted access, earnings, bookings, sales, customers, AI results, product availability, business outcomes or investment performance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
PartnerAlly Inc. may update these Terms as GoBreezy evolves. Material changes will be communicated as required.
